While the coverage highlighted Black women, we want to take a moment to clarify that this event was created for every woman—regardless of race, background, or status. Our goal was to build an inclusive space where all women could come together, learn, and prioritize their well-being.

Unleash the Confidence Women’s Health & Wellness Expo & Confidence in Action Awards
The Unleash the Confidence Women’s Health & Wellness Expo, hosted by The WKW Cary Foundation, Inc., is a transformative experience designed to empower women to prioritize their health, embrace self-care, and walk boldly in confidence.

This annual event brings together women from all walks of life for an inspiring day filled with engaging discussions on physical and mental wellness, free health screenings, resource vendors, and uplifting activities that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

The day culminates with the Confidence in Action Awards, an empowering celebration that honors phenomenal women who embody resilience, purpose, and leadership. These women have turned challenges into triumphs and use their platforms to uplift, educate, and inspire others throughout their communities.
From self-defense workshops and wellness education to heartfelt storytelling and recognition, Unleash the Confidence is more than an event — it’s a movement of healing, empowerment, and sisterhood.
